Mykhailo Sesin
Mykhailo is originally from Kupyansk, where he completed his secondary education. After graduation, he lived in Belgium for half a year, auditing French courses at Université Libre de Bruxelles. In the past, Mykhailo worked as an English tutor for three years and volunteered as a Human Resources Manager at UkrTeenScience for a year. He also previously wrote a research paper and white paper on education in Ukraine. Currently, Mykhailo is a second-year student pursuing his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, studying Economics and International Relations

Yoan Paubun
From Sumba, Indonesia, Yoan finished her undergraduate education from Satya Wacana Christian University, majoring in English Language Teaching. She initially desired to work as an English teacher but ended up working in the development field. Her field of interest is education, particularly in ECD and Primary Education. Her experiences are mostly related to curriculum design, teacher training, gender and community engagement/ development. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and cooking in her free time but most of all, she loves beaches!

Analía Muñoz
Originally from Chile, moved to the U.S. at 16. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University and taught 3rd grade for a year in Louisiana. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Education, Culture, and Society at the University of Pennsylvania, Analia is dedicated to fostering community in schools, advancing student-centered learning, and advocating for the improvement of public education.

Kat Anderson
Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, Kat graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Secondary English Education. Following graduation, her love of teaching combined with a curiosity about the world led her to seek jobs outside of the United States.As a result, she has experience working in various educational environments in South Korea, India, Saint Lucia, and Colombia. Her passion for international education is rooted in a firm belief that teachers play an essential (yet often overlooked) role in the success of schools. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in International Education Development at the University of Pennsylvania.
